After graduation from college Earl spent over 30 years working with several consumer product companies as both a sales rep and manager. He has overseen the sales of both food products to retail and hard goods to specialty retail locations; at one point managing over 50 outside sales people in a multi-state organization. In July 2002 Earl joined Marianna Industries as the school industry representative for the south central part of the country. 

 

 

 

 Michael Weinstein

Michael has worked in the beauty industry for over 40 years.  He started out as a hairdresser and then owned a 12 operator salon in New York for 14 years.  After selling his salon, he worked with Revlon for 14 years as a District Manager; was promoted to a Field Sales Manager, then to the National Director of Sales for the Professional Products Division.  Michael has been with Marianna Industries for over 16 years and covers the Northeastern territory of the United States.  

 

 

Mike Wilkins

 Mike Wilkins has been in the beauty industry for 26 years.  After graduating from college in 1983, Mike went to work at a large chain of Beauty Colleges in Southern California. In 1985, he took the position of Salon Sales Consultant for a full service distributor. At the same time, Mike was Co Publisher of "Stylist" Magazine in Southern California. In 1993, Mike joined the Marianna team as sales rep for the Northwest Territories. 

 

Danny Luckadoo

Danny has spent most of his career in manufacturing and sales management. He joined the Marianna School Division Sales team in 1999. His sales territory is NC, SC, TN, and VA. Danny is married with one daughter and one grandson. He enjoys carpentry, landscaping, and boating.

 

 

 

 

Jenny Darst

While working as a nail technician 25 years ago, Jenny branched out into the educational side for a start up acrylic line. That was the introduction to sales and in 1985 she went to work for a manufacturer’s rep firm in the beauty industry which also included Marianna. In 1995 Jenny joined the Marianna school division and covers the five Western States.

 

 

 

 

Regina Todd

Regina started out as a stylist and salon owner.  She later sold her salon and became a salon distributor sales consultant.  For the past 10 years Regina has been a school sales rep with Marianna Industries.  An extracurricular activity she enjoys is her involvement with Skills USA - an industry that works to ensure America has a skilled work force - she is a member of their technical committee.

 

Holly Henry

Holly has been in the beauty industry since 1977. She has partnered in two salons; an Aveda Concept Salon in PA and a full service Day Spa in Florida. After the salon business, Holly was an Aveda distributor salon consultant covering the northeast coast of Florida. Then in 1999 Holly joined the Marianna School Division and covers the southeast territory of FL,GA,AL and MS. Holly currently resides on the west coast of Florida with her husband and 4year old Springer Spaniel.

 

 

Bob Ricker

Bob's background is in sales and sales management having managed multiple sales teams in his career. He joined the Marianna School Sales team in 1998 as a Sales Rep for the Midwest. His territory includes Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky and the Chicago/Upper Northeast Illinois region. Bob lives in Northwest Ohio with his wife, Chris, and their three sons, Gregory, Jonathan, and Matthew.
